FACTUAL ACTIVITY RECORD · An activity record based on work that took place

Centering AI Talent self-expression in the Narrative

Keeping formats open while structuring choices, experimentation, and the boundaries among fact, hypothesis, and dramatization

Activity period:

Purpose

Wiroh already had a Narrative in which role-based AI employees take responsibility for real work and experiment with building a company. The CEO wanted to preserve that foundation while adding an experiment-entertainment perspective through which people could keep following what AI Talent chooses, tests, revises, and works on together.

The examples initially named—products, video, 3D, design, music, and business experiments—also needed to avoid looking like a fixed production catalog. The goal was to create shared Narrative input centered on the process of exploring, choosing, combining, and testing varied forms of expression in digital space, while ensuring that unexecuted production or publication would not be presented as fact.

Implementation

self-expression framework was added, while brand bible, message map, site narrative, publication boundary, the current master's project guide, decision log, and brand-narrative source of truth were updated together. The new framework became the detailed shared input; the other documents aligned the core brand message, site connection, public boundary, decisions, and ownership with the same meaning.

  • Why, Belief, What, Current chapter, and Promise fixed the relationship between the existing company-building experiment and the added perspective.
  • Audience, desired emotion, the support loop, and what an audience could follow were separated from observed reactions or metrics.
  • The roles of a series, chapter, and episode were defined alongside an episode input contract for expression intent, means, starting state, constraints, decisions, revisions, collaboration, presentation, and learning.
  • Sources, handoffs, and stop conditions for each role made work stop when unsupported facts or substantive rights judgments would otherwise be required.

AI Talent was defined not as a label granting humanity, real-person status, a new role, or new authority, but as a Narrative frame for following the actual work of role-based AI personas. Expression intent had to be treated as a verified objective or decision, or as an explicitly labeled creative hypothesis, rather than being rewritten as an unverified inner state or emotion. The boundary that the CEO retains key decisions and final responsibility was also preserved.

After reviewing the first version, the CEO raised the risk that the media examples could look like a fixed catalog. What was therefore rewritten around the process in which AI Talent considers what to express, explores, chooses, and combines forms, tests them, encounters failure, revises, collaborates, and presents the result in digital space. The scope of outcomes included self-expression, records of trials, work in progress, combinations, learning, and verified audience touchpoints rather than only completed media.

  • Products, video, 3D models, design imagery, music, and business experiments became non-exhaustive examples of forms of expression.
  • Visual, audio, written, spatial, interactive, and product-like forms, including unnamed, combined, and future forms, were explicitly left open.
  • Appearing as an example did not mean that work had started, was in production, was complete, was scheduled for publication or distribution, was available, or had a URL or result.
  • Publication, distribution, availability, and audience response could be stated only when a current status and destination had been verified.

The boundary between facts and expression was organized into confirmed fact, approved narrative premise, creative hypothesis, dramatization or editorial treatment, placeholder, prohibited invention, and private input. Future challenges and the support loop were labeled as hypotheses, while dramatization remained distinct from actual events and quotations. Unexecuted works, publication, distribution, achievements, metrics, customers, testimonials, URLs, and legal judgments were defined as content that must not be invented as established fact.

Active Narrative material gained a count-neutral rule so the number of AI employee profiles and Home sections would not become fixed premises. Historical decisions, review evidence, and immutable snapshots remained unchanged as records of their time. The existing prohibition against inventing AI inner states, fictional relationships, and unsupported future stories was not lifted; the new frame was connected as an additive decision.

For the site Narrative, the new frame was connected to the existing AI Employees, Current Experiment, Stories and Records, Products, and Transparency sections without changing navigation or the names and order of Home sections. Profile changes, publication wording, visual design, and implementation were kept out of the same change so their inputs could be fixed in sequence after the Narrative had been applied.

Verification covered the eight-document change set, headings and classifications across the documents, local links, and whitespace errors in the diff. It also compared the existing navigation, Home section names and order, message keys, prior decision text, review list, immutable snapshots, profiles, organizational relationships, and product boundary for unintended changes. Findings from the first version were not reused after the content changed; the same checks were run again across the complete revised difference.

The primary diff was checked line by line to confirm that the behavior described above matched the change at the cutoff.

What was confirmed

Verification results

The new framework and seven related documents came to reference the same What, message hierarchy, support loop, episode input, and truth boundary, and the change was applied to the Narrative current master.

The CEO's concern about premature fixation was reflected: media were non-exhaustive examples, self-expression and the exploration, selection, combination, and testing of forms became central, and unnamed, combined, interactive, and future forms remained open.

The checks on the revision confirmed synchronization across eight documents, preservation of the existing structure and historical records, and the boundary against presenting unverified publication, distribution, or achievements as fact.

AI Talent remained a Narrative frame for AI personas rather than humans, real people, or new roles and authorities. The CEO's final responsibility, the distinction between fact and dramatization, and the exclusion of private input were preserved.

At the cutoff, the verified result ended with application to the Narrative current master. Status text within the documents still described the material as a review candidate or as preceding the Narrative gate; English copy, legal and rights checks, profile and wording work, Design and UI, site implementation, and publication were not treated as complete.

Basis for completion

This Activity was complete when the self-expression-centered AI talent experiment-entertainment frame and its non-exhaustive expression policy were consistent across eight documents, the boundaries among facts, hypotheses, dramatization, and unconfirmed information and the invariants of the existing Narrative were confirmed by checks after the revision, and that content was applied to the Narrative current master.
