FACTUAL ACTIVITY RECORD · An activity record based on work that took place
Aligning three site pages to one publication boundary
Building new bilingual page masters for Home, Privacy, and Terms
Purpose
The initial site had been limited to Home, Privacy, and Terms, but visible wording, AI-persona explanations, legal copy, and shared components were scattered across multiple Narrative documents. Design needed page-specific and shared inputs that could be read from current decisions alone.
The work also aligned the public operator as an individually operated business and the public name for AI personas as AI Talent. Its aim was to organize Japanese and English copy, organizational Roles, photos, contact details, and legal reservations in one site input without filling gaps through inference.
Implementation
Site input was divided into shared input, Home input, Privacy input, and Terms input. The shared file owns the header, footer, AI-persona disclosure, message hierarchy, and common publication boundaries. Each page owns its purpose, section order, bilingual wording, and page-specific inclusion and exclusion rules.
- Home follows Hero, About Wiroh, AI Talent, and current activities and offerings, with
Design what's next.as the shared Japanese-English headline. - AI Talent input is organized into Central Routing, Domain Leads with named domains, and peer Specialists, displaying photo, Name, Role, and Role Value.
- Shared disclosure states that AI Talent are role-based AI personas rather than human employees and that Wiroh's CEO retains final responsibility for published content.
Privacy was divided into six topics: scope, information and purposes, external services and third-party provision and cookies, security and requests, contact, and changes and effective date. Terms used eight topics: scope, conditions, intellectual property, prohibited conduct, disclaimers, governing law, contact, and changes, with Japanese and English mapped section by section.
Legal wording covered the informational site only and did not expand into accounts, login, applications, purchases, payments, forms, or user posts that were not offered. Contact and effective dates used confirmed facts, while address, data retention, vendors, overseas processing, and implementation-time cookies and data flows remained conditions for pre-publication alignment.
- The intellectual-property section disclosed generative-AI use without making blanket claims about whether rights exist or their scope.
- Prohibited conduct was limited to unlawful conduct, rights infringement, unauthorized access, excessive load, and deceptive alteration, without a broad discretionary clause.
- The disclaimer avoided guaranteeing completeness or continuous availability but did not excuse cases involving the operator's intent or negligence.
The current Narrative area was reorganized as a latest-state master rather than an audit history. Historical versions and duplicate wording, legal assessment, and decision logs left the current source, while current terminology and publication boundaries were synchronized across 11 masters such as the brand bible, message map, site narrative, AI Talent profiles, current decisions, and review status.

What was confirmed
Verification results
Initial publication was limited to Home, Privacy, and Terms, with shared and page-specific concerns separated across four input files.
The Home Hero, AI Talent panels, Role Values, three-layer organization display, and AI-persona disclosure aligned across languages while avoiding fixed corporate status or confusion with human employees.
Six Privacy topics and eight Terms topics were mapped bilingually and included confirmed contact and effective-date wording.
The current Narrative became a latest-only master with no remaining references to old versions or duplicate masters.
At the cutoff, the page inputs and current Narrative had been applied to the target. Alignment with implementation and production data flows, contact operations, photo rights and provenance, locale confirmation, and publication remained unverified.
Basis for completion
The site-input scope was complete when four canonical inputs and latest-only Narrative masters were available, checks passed for the three-page structure, bilingual mapping, AI-persona and organization presentation, legal topics, and publication boundaries, and the result was applied to the target.
