FACTUAL ACTIVITY RECORD · An activity record based on work that took place
Implementing the initial Control Center foundation
Combining local Auth, Agent and Room management, and sync IPC in one macOS administration shell
Purpose
Agents, Rooms, and synchronization targets in the local database needed a macOS administration surface instead of terminal-only operation. Remote administration and Mac-local synchronization also needed separate credential paths with only purpose-specific authority exposed.
Implementation
database migration added app.agents, app.rooms, app.room_threads, and purpose-specific admin RPCs. Raw table grants and RLS policies are absent by default; Auth metadata identifies owners or admins, with expected versions and actors recorded.
A SwiftUI shell under administration application provides Overview, Agents, Rooms, Sync Targets, and Settings. Development and production profiles, local email OTP, and profile-specific Keychain sessions are separated, while ControlCenterCore/local IPC boundary connects to owner-only Connector IPC.

What was confirmed
Verification results
A fresh local database passed 66 pgTAP assertions, owner RPC checks, fixtures with 18 Agents and 12 Rooms, anonymous 401 rejection, and Data API exposure limited to api.
The 41 TypeScript and seven Swift tests, build, secret scan, and specification audit passed, and the macOS executable process started.
Real OTP interaction, Agent and Room operations, live Connector IPC, accessibility, and appearance remained pending manual verification at the cutoff.
Basis for completion
This scope ended when local Auth, admin RPCs, the SwiftUI shell, and the owner-only IPC client formed an initial foundation that passed automated checks and process startup.
