FACTUAL ACTIVITY RECORD · An activity record based on work that took place
Fixing the reached state of the initial Control Center foundation
Aligning Auth, Agent and Room management, native UI, and sync IPC in one verified source state
Purpose
The initial Control Center foundation spanned database, Auth, SwiftUI, local IPC, and operating documentation. Before service management could follow, these boundaries needed one consistent and verifiable state.
Implementation
The reached state includes three app tables and purpose-specific admin RPCs, development and production profiles, local OTP, profile-specific Keychain storage, Overview, Agents, Rooms, Sync Targets, Settings, and an owner-only Connector IPC client.
The UI uses macOS system colors and native components, Agent cards, an Active switch, same-category drag reordering, and separate states for a stopped Connector and zero candidates. Formal distribution remains separate from development startup, with only its required conditions recorded in the specification.

What was confirmed
Verification results
Fresh-database checks, fixtures, admin RPCs, anonymous rejection, the Data API boundary, TypeScript and Swift tests, secret scanning, and the specification audit confirmed agreement between source and documentation.
Foreground startup of the local executable was confirmed.
Real OTP, operations against a running Connector, keyboard and VoiceOver review, final light and dark appearance, and signed-app distribution remained unverified.
Basis for completion
This scope ended when database, Auth, UI, IPC, and documentation formed one verified source state ready to support later service management.
