FACTUAL ACTIVITY RECORD · An activity record based on work that took place
Defining the browser-work handoff state
Leaving one actionable result screen for each external service
Purpose
Browser-based external-service work needed a handoff state where a human could begin the next action without navigating duplicate tabs or intermediate screens.
Implementation
The operating contract now defines completion as leaving exactly one tab per target service that leads directly to the deliverable. Duplicate tabs, login pages, error pages, and intermediate screens do not qualify, and the remaining screen must make the next human action clear.
The primary audit diff made a persistent deliverable-tab handoff contract required even after a browser conversation ends. The implementation normalizes punctuation and uses a generic error.

What was confirmed
Verification results
The browser handoff completion criteria and excluded states were added to the operating specification.
At the cutoff, browser-operation results for individual external services were not verified.
Basis for completion
The work was complete when the handoff condition of one actionable result screen per external service was explicitly defined.
