Applying convergence toward reviewed Web configuration
Removing bootstrap differences during normal delivery while preserving encrypted secrets
Purpose
The Web source-of-truth decision needed to be applied to the configuration and operating boundary used by normal delivery.
Implementation
Normal delivery now applies settings from the Web configuration file and converges differences left by external bootstrap. Encrypted secrets are not removed by routine delivery, while the Custom Domain and credential values remain separately managed.
