FACTUAL ACTIVITY RECORD · An activity record based on work that took place
Synchronizing measured production results into operating documentation
Clarifying the current database, authentication, broker, and Web state plus remaining human checks
Purpose
Production completion decisions needed the sources of truth to reflect observed database, authentication, broker, and Web states rather than the original plan.
Implementation
Operating documentation now records forward-only production database migration, the Data API exposure boundary, product-default counts, principal separation, Google login, broker traffic, the live Web version, and public routes. Obsolete destructive-initialization wording was removed, while final human checks for email OTP and logout remained explicit.
Observed production state was synchronized into the project guide and integrated specification, and the contract now separates development and production service state by labels and directories. The documentation also fixes the boundary that applied migrations remain immutable and later changes use forward migrations.

What was confirmed
Verification results
Implementation documentation and the specification audit lock were updated to measured production state, and specification plus diff checks passed.
At the cutoff, final device checks for email OTP and logout were still pending.
Basis for completion
The work was complete when observed production state and unfinished human checks were distinctly synchronized into the sources of truth.
