FACTUAL ACTIVITY RECORD · An activity record based on work that took place
Recording production-test observations
Preserving PASS, PARTIAL, and FAIL results while extending protection-decision audit data
Purpose
Before production E2E could be treated as complete, partial checks and failures needed to be recorded alongside successes so unmet conditions remained identifiable.
Implementation
Production observations were recorded item by item in the acceptance matrix. Model Armor DATA_READ decisions gained audit logging for provider responses and decision paths, separating local implementation from external configuration.
Production screening observations now use structured logs with shared correlation, request digest, provider status, outcome, and latency fields for success and failure. Logger failure is isolated so it cannot alter screening decisions or availability.

What was confirmed
Verification results
At the cutoff, the acceptance matrix still contained PARTIAL and FAIL results alongside PASS results, so unmet items were not presented as successes.
External protection configuration and reruns of failed or partial items remained incomplete.
Basis for completion
This update was complete when production observations and unmet scope were fixed in a form that could be rerun and audited.
