Purpose

An independently managed product needed to become discoverable from the organization workspace without changing its source or runtime.

Implementation

The product directory was moved under the organization workspace and registered in the workspace configuration and products/project guide. Its tracked files, source, runtime, database, and infrastructure were left unchanged, and its independent Git root was preserved.

At the cutoff, the organization workspace provides placement and harness context while the product retains an independent Git boundary.

Workspace JSON, folder order, limited changed-file scope, absence of the old path, the new Git root, and its independent boundary were verified.
