FACTUAL ACTIVITY RECORD · An activity record based on work that took place
Building English site copy without changing the Japanese meaning
Separating translation states and reviewing natural English and publication boundaries against the same revision
Purpose
Bringing the approved Japanese site copy into English required more than replacing word order. The Narrative Story, message hierarchy, on-page information order, and distinction between AI personas and humans had to remain intact while the headlines, body copy, labels, calls to action, and state messages were rebuilt as natural English.
At the same time, translation could not fill in unverified details such as URLs, destinations, the publication state of individual expressions, or legal judgments. The aim was to separate responsibility for preserving meaning from responsibility for refining English, retain visible states for unknowns, and produce an English wording draft that could complete human locale review.
Implementation
Each item in the approved Japanese copy was first mapped one to one to its source, locked meaning, permitted range of English expression, prohibited claims, call-to-action or destination state, and required review. The Narrative Director fixed meaning, structure, continuity, and the publication boundary. The Scenario Writer then owned vocabulary, sentence rhythm, headlines, body copy, labels, and calls to action within that contract.
Translation states were separated into draft, pending, and blocked. Only items whose meaning was supported could receive an English candidate. Items without verified evidence for a URL, destination, inventory, or availability stayed pending and inactive. Legacy English copy and legal-policy language that required specialist judgment were blocked from reuse or completion, preventing translation from creating unknown facts.
The Hero eyebrow, headline, and supporting body were treated as one message system, with the headline Roles connect. Expression takes shape. The body defined what Wiroh calls AI Talent as role-based AI personas with responsibilities and described the process of deciding what to express, choosing a form, testing it, and revising it. The copy preserved the distinction from humans, real people, and human employees, together with the human CEO's key decisions and final responsibility.
Every English candidate recorded its Japanese source, wording rationale, retained message, locale note, and call-to-action and publication boundaries. Forms of expression were presented as examples rather than a fixed catalog, while product work was framed as one way to test real work and expression. The rule that publication, distribution, or availability could be stated only when the current state and destination were verified also governed state copy and the truth boundary.
Fact and Dramatizationcould read as two adjacent topics, so it becameThe Boundary Between Fact and Dramatizationto make the section's distinguishing role explicit.- A statement that the field remained open weakened the active meaning of exploring forms that did not yet have names, so
We explore ...restored a clear subject and action. Products are one form ...could imply several existing products, soProduct work is one way ...preserved the role of product work as a means of expression without expanding the verified product count.
The Scenario Writer corrected the passages identified by semantic review and the additional improvements concerning naturalness, subjects, and sentence connections. The CEO reviewed both the full English copy and the changed passages for locale quality, and the Narrative Director rechecked meaning, structure, and continuity against the same revision. Checks also covered source coverage, unsupported claims, the AI-human boundary, minimum product facts, and the treatment of pending and blocked items.
The primary diff was checked line by line to confirm that the behavior described above matched the change at the cutoff.

What was confirmed
Verification results
Every targeted item in the approved Japanese copy had either an English candidate or an explicit pending or blocked state, with no gaps or mixed translation states.
The Hero, navigation and Home information order, the AI-persona boundary for AI Talent, final responsibility held by the human CEO, minimum product facts, and the boundary between fact and dramatization remained intact in the English draft.
Phrases that weakened the meaning or risked implying additional products were corrected, and human locale review plus semantic and continuity review completed against the same revised artifact.
Checks passed for source mapping, sequential items and required fields, unverified people, quotes, metrics, customers, features, availability, and active URLs, secret or personal-data leakage, and the unchanged approved Japanese sources.
At the cutoff, the English wording draft and its meaning-locking input had been applied to the target. Legal adequacy, activation of URLs, destinations, inventories, or availability, site implementation, and production publication were not verified by this Activity.
Basis for completion
This Activity was complete when English candidates carrying explicit states preserved the approved Japanese meaning and publication boundaries, the CEO's locale review and the Narrative Director's semantic and continuity review passed against the same revised artifact, and the result was applied to the target.
