FACTUAL ACTIVITY RECORD · An activity record based on work that took place

Reconnecting the LP design handoff to current wording

Separating prepared input from unstarted UI, runtime, and publication gates while defining the next Pencil work

Activity period:

Purpose

The LP implementation handoff still contained earlier screens, exports, and verification records, creating a risk that prepared current wording could be mistaken for completed UI design or implementation.

The current phase needed to be fixed as Narrative, LP design, and wording preparation, with a clear separation between the next design inputs and acceptance criteria and future legal, runtime, and publication gates.

Implementation

design-to-implementation handoff was rebuilt for LP design preparation. One bilingual wording source became the current input, with boundaries for translating the Home section sequence, content hierarchy, calls to action, profiles, disclosure, and system states from the same shared keys into design.

Current acceptance was limited to one identifiable wording source, LP-only scope, exclusion of pending and blocked instructions from public copy, inactive treatment of unverified destinations and availability, and a rule that UI needs could not change wording meaning, Roles, product facts, or legal conclusions.

The next Pencil work could begin only after receiving structured input that named the physical .pen, screens, nodes, frames, Japanese and English locales, desktop and mobile viewports, layout, components, states, accessibility, export format, scale, dimensions, output path, visual acceptance, and stop conditions.

  • Check hierarchy, reading order, line wrapping, and navigation state across desktop, mobile, and intermediate widths.
  • Distinguish selected, pending, unavailable, and empty states with labels and semantic structure rather than color alone.
  • Include keyboard focus, controls of at least 44×44px, heading hierarchy, alternatives and disclosure, 200% text scaling, and screen-reader order in acceptance.
  • Edit and save only an identity-checked physical .pen, and create a physical export through the official Export UI only when required.

An evidence boundary prohibited reusing an existing sample .pen, earlier exports, or earlier visual and layout records as proof of the current design. This update performed no .pen read, write, Save, export, or screen verification, leaving the design gate NOT STARTED.

Pages beyond the LP, site runtime, analytics, forms, cookies, data notices, operator and legal surfaces, generated-image rights, provenance and similarity, production, and publication were separated into future gates. Locale confirmation remained limited to wording and could not serve as evidence for those gates.

What was confirmed

Verification results

The handoff became a preparation document carrying current wording into the next LP design while separating current acceptance from future gates.

It explicitly recorded UI design, physical .pen saving, export, visual verification, and runtime tests as unperformed and prevented reuse of earlier evidence.

Only the handoff document changed; the physical .pen had no diff, and the diff check passed.

At the cutoff, the handoff had been applied to the target. Pencil design, site implementation, legal and rights work, and production publication were not verified.

Basis for completion

The preparation work was complete when current wording input, LP scope, the next Pencil start conditions and acceptance criteria, non-reuse of earlier evidence, and future gates were explicit in the handoff, and only that document was applied to the target.
