Purpose
Completed work records and an unused reference-snapshot mechanism made the current sources of truth and verification paths harder to read.
Implementation
Old work documents, reference snapshots, security records, story manifests, and the packages, scripts, and tests used only by them were removed. Runtime code and current specification and verification gates were explicitly left outside the change.

Verification results
Lint, specification audits, builds, unit tests, Web tests, secret audits, and diff checks passed, and the diff confirmed no runtime-behavior change.
Current documents and tests outside the removal scope were preserved.
Basis for completion
The work was complete when only obsolete records and dedicated machinery were removed while current runtime and verification paths remained intact.
