Removing a retired specification audit
Taking a script and package integration tied only to the old structure out of current gates
Purpose
A system-specification audit based on the initial project structure remained and duplicated current specification sources and verification gates.
Implementation
The obsolete audit script was removed, together with its dedicated dependency and invocations in package scripts, the lockfile, and related documentation. Runtime code and current lint, test, build, and specification sources were unchanged.

Verification results
Static checks confirmed that no targeted references remained and that package definitions, the lockfile, and diff formatting were consistent.
The full verification suite was not run by the cutoff because dependencies were unavailable in the environment.
Basis for completion
The work was complete when static checks showed that only the old audit and its invocations were gone while current gates remained.
